Concern Nepal’s approach is broad and integrative, aiming to address the interconnected aspects of community development at both local and national levels. This approach seeks to tackle diverse community issues with a comprehensive perspective. With the increasing political polarization and rising disenchantment with politics and political class it becomes inevitable to create a young force who understands how politics and the business of organizing people and leading them works. It was found that Nepali youth lacked spaces where they can obtain such important learning and acquire skills. Under these contexts, Concern Nepal, Political Leadership Academy organized a leadership training course with the objective of imparting skills, knowledge and perspectives to better understand the world around us and engage with the people and communities in effective ways.
